The Intelligent Operations Client Delivery Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide platform adoption and transformation initiatives across complex Fortune 500 environments. This leader serves as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring AHEAD delivers measurable business value at scale across Observability, Enterprise Service Management, and Automation and Orchestration capabilities. This role is accountable for leading large, multi-workstream transformation programs that modernize how clients monitor, operate, automate, and optimize their enterprise technology landscape. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of executive leadership, program governance, financial discipline, organizational change management, and deep platform knowledge.
