About The Position

Mid-market companies recognize the transformative potential of AI, but often lack dedicated internal resources to drive this change. This role bridges that gap by serving as the primary owner of client relationships, ensuring the successful strategy, delivery, growth, and outcomes of AI transformations. The AI Transformation Partner acts as the central point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and identifying expansion opportunities. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, client relationship management, and a genuine understanding of AI's practical applications. The role involves working directly with C-suite executives, aligning delivery teams, and driving tangible business value through AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a strong track record in account management and a deep intellectual curiosity about business operations.

Requirements

  • At least 8 to 10 years in strategic account management, management consulting, or professional services, with a track record of owning senior client relationships.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility quickly with senior executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience leading engagements across multiple internal functions, aligning delivery teams, and serving as the single point of accountability for a client.
  • Deep understanding of how businesses operate, including economics, revenue models, cost structures, and strategic priorities.
  • Hands-on AI fluency with practical understanding of AI's value and limitations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability for a fast-moving startup environment.

  • Direct experience advising clients on AI roadmap, organizational readiness, and implementation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own every engagement end-to-end, from strategy to delivery to outcomes.
  • Translate executive conversations into concrete AI transformation programs and roadmaps aligned with client business priorities and KPIs.
  • Build board-ready ROI reports that demonstrate the business value of AI transformation.
  • Grow client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities, building business cases, and closing deals.
  • Facilitate client AI steering committees with senior leadership to align strategy, link to business KPIs, and define action items.
  • Drive engagement progress between meetings by tracking accountability, following up, escalating issues, and ensuring delivery.
  • Feed insights from client engagements back into Pragmatico's product and service roadmap.
