As a Client Trainer under the Implementations team, you will be responsible for leading training initiatives for both clients and internal client team members. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth onboarding for new businesses, equipping team members with the necessary knowledge and skills, and continuously improving training programs. Your collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders will help refine processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Your role also includes collaborating with new and existing client teams to refine processes and providing support post-go-live to ensure long-term success.
