Job Summary We are seeking an experienced transformation leader to serve as the strategic bridge between JLL, our technology organization (JLLT), and key client account in delivering successful technology integration and operational enablement. This role will lead the "Customer Zero" implementation strategy, ensuring seamless integration of JLL and Client’s enterprise platforms like Salesforce Field Service and Corrigo, while protecting respective proprietary processes and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder technology implementations, managing integration timelines and risks, and ensuring operational readiness across WPM core processes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capabilities to navigate sophisticated commercial, technical, and change management challenges.
