About The Position

Experian is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Services Representative who has a unique balance of technology transformation. You will partner with clients, sales, and several cross-functional teams across our organization to support migration of clients from legacy access to our cloud services, and provide ongoing Pre Sales Engineering, Implementation support, and ongoing client technical relationships. A strong desire to work with clients to solve their business challenges. You will have a passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions for a diverse and challenging set of clients across industries. Understanding of mid and large-scale consumer lending solutions. You will have experience managing large-scale system transformations. You enjoy keeping your existing technical and program management skills honed and developing new ones, so you can contribute to deep architecture discussions. You will take part in deep-dive education and design exercises to create world-class solutions built by Experian. Move fluidly from the big picture to details and enable the engineering teams to deliver complex and strategic cross-functional solutions.

Requirements

  • Have technical knowledge of network configurations and file transfer protocols.
  • Experience with financial services and credit industry.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Effective communications skills to work directly with clients, sales, and the technical staff, including verbal as well as written (e.g. requirements writing).
  • Accountable for ensuring highest degree of client satisfaction.
  • Technical ability to access systems and logs for research requests and data analysis (but would not perform developments tasks).

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of integrations, API's, transactional systems, architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with client on connectivity options
  • Coordinate file transfer
  • Be a subject matter expert on the consumer credit products
  • Manage and coordinate client testing
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge among the team.
  • Be a technical liaison between clients, engineering teams, and support.
  • Build deep relationships with Clients' senior technical individuals to help them partner with Experian.
