Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Client Systems Support Technician to add to our growing Client Operations team. You will be responsible for accomplishing a variety of IT related tasks throughout the diverse Sweetwater enterprise. This work includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones and a variety of iOS/mobile devices. This is fast paced position that requires a candidate with amazing customer service skills and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
