About The Position

Perform a wide variety of tasks to support financial advisors and their customers, including, but not limited to, helping customers move their assets within or to Transamerica, facilitating IRA and annuity new business processes and resolving associated issues to ensure timely fulfillment, and connecting with customers and third parties to work through any service transactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and distribute emails and faxes; log in record systems.
• Prepare incoming paperwork for review or processing; open, distribute, log or scan physical mail.
• Monitor queues for paperwork to be processed or distributed; assigns to appropriate work queues (e.g. to sales assistant for review, advisor for electronic signature, LOAs, advisory/annuity paperwork).
• Submit distributions for processing and assign to sales assistants for follow-up.
• Research phone numbers for advisors and agents as needed.
