As a Bilingual Client Support Specialist (Spanish/English) at Meals on Wheels Western Michigan, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You will be the friendly voice behind our support team, helping clients and their families navigate our services with care and professionalism.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Working with the elderly: 1 year
Data entry: 1 year
Phone-based client service: 1 year
