About The Position

Analyze, prepare, and update data in Deluxe’s legacy systems, based on data provided by the client or customers, to be input into new systems (billing, legacy, NEK, CDB). Navigates several database systems to implement data changes. Works closely with internal and external customers and provides a positive, efficient, and effective experience. Relationship management: establish a positive relationship with internal/external customers. Addresses and resolves complex issues. Acts as an SME for recommending and guiding customer’s course of action. Through verbal and written communication, it summarizes and communicates the project process and progress. Data and process integrity: fields data requests, provide documentation for completed processes/tasks, analyzes client specifications, and request for the best course of action and oversees and ensures proper implementation of updates. Assists Financial institutions with systems and data changes resulting in service choice fees.

Requirements

  • HS/GED and customer service or client-facing experience.
  • Systems knowledge: legacy, billing, NEK, CBD.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Experience with a CRM.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Experience at Deluxe in production.
  • Experience with computers and database structures.
  • Experience with SalesForce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
