About The Position

CMC:Berkshires (CMCB) is a private 15-bed residential treatment center located on 200 acres in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We are driven by optimism about people’s capacity to change and by our commitment to the science of change. CMCB is currently hiring Client Support Liaisons for various shifts. Client Support Liaisons act as a dedicated intermediary for our in-house clients to ensure smooth navigation, address concerns, and improve the overall client experience. This role may assist with medication access or logistics. It offers an incredible opportunity for direct client care, community building, and personal growth in an evidence-based treatment setting. The position is full-time and benefit eligible at 30+ hours/week. Requirements

• Valid drivers license in good standing
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to work with different personalities
• Patience, empathy and kindness for others
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit for periods of 10 hours
• Comfortable with working independently
• Ability to and comfortable with driving a mini-van
• Ability to lift, push, pull weight of up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Degree or applicable experience in psychology, health administration, or social work
• Students currently enrolled in related degree program encouraged to apply
