Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for customers, creating positive experiences from initial outreach.
- Assist with service calls and attentively address customer needs.
- Coordinate next steps with professionalism.
- Engage current customers about maintenance opportunities to foster strong relationships.
- Accurately document key information to ensure a seamless experience for customers and team members.
