Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills and typing speed (40+ WPM)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
  • Make outbound follow-ups to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Deliver excellent service with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Assist with scheduling, billing, and service-related questions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support customer retention through proactive communication and problem-solving
