About The Position

ThinkHuman is a leadership development and executive coaching company that designs and delivers programs to help organizations build better leaders, strengthen culture, and drive lasting performance. The company is seeking a Client Success Partner with credibility in leadership development, who can quickly earn trust with HR leaders and executives, and grow client relationships through genuine partnership. This is a contract opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for developing people. The role offers fulfilling work in a collaborative, supportive culture where impact is real and visible. The position is fully remote and open to candidates across the US.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, leadership development, or a similar strategic role.
  • A track record of executive-level advising, especially with CHROs, HR leaders, executive sponsors, or other enterprise business leaders.
  • Deep domain expertise in human capital, leadership development, people strategy, or enterprise talent systems, combined with business acumen.
  • Experience growing existing client accounts through consultative, relationship-first conversations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver a narrative that moves hearts and minds.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a bias for action, and a drive to make things better, not just get them done.
  • A mindset rooted in outcomes, ownership, and long-term impact.
  • Applies AI-driven tools and insights to enhance client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and improve account performance, including personalization, upsell targeting, and churn prediction.
  • Uses AI-generated insights and data analysis to quantify impact on client outcomes such as retention, expansion, and ROI, and identify strategic account recommendations to retain and expand the client.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead relationship partner for active ThinkHuman enterprise clients, working side by side with CHROs, owning the relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Translate complex business and talent challenges into clear, compelling transformation program journeys and goals, and own those solutions from design through deployment.
  • Help clients connect program investments to their broader people strategy and organizational results.
  • Build trust and influence with HR leaders and executive sponsors, acting as a thought partner, advisor, and driver of change throughout the engagement.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional deployment team across delivery, facilitation, content, and sales, with you at the helm, aligning efforts to business impact.
  • Facilitate strategic working sessions, steer executive updates, and own the story of value that ThinkHuman programs deliver to the client.
  • Deepen and expand the partnership through advisory-led influence and consultative selling.
  • Keep your eye on outcomes, not just deliverables, ensuring we deliver the transformation we promised.
  • Bring pattern recognition, a coaching mindset, and a high bar for strategic execution to every engagement.
  • Applies AI-driven tools and insights to enhance client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and improve account performance, including personalization, upsell targeting, and churn prediction.
