This role is not traditional client success; it's an opportunity to help build what an exceptional enterprise partnership looks like at ThinkHuman. The Client Success Partner will work directly with CHROs, executive teams, and senior HR leaders to solve complex leadership challenges, design transformational leadership journeys, and create measurable organizational impact. The role involves shaping ThinkHuman itself by defining how executive partnerships are built, how client success is measured, how strategic relationships are expanded, how AI is used to create value, and how client service is continuously improved. The position offers rapid learning in executive advisory, organizational transformation, leadership development, AI, business growth, and building enduring enterprise partnerships, with the autonomy to apply this learning in real time. The role will evolve alongside the company, offering opportunities to define the executive partnership model, influence client advising, shape new capabilities, and grow with the company.

Requirements

  • Built trusted relationships with senior executives and know how to earn credibility through curiosity, judgment, and insight.
  • Experience helping organizations navigate meaningful change through leadership development, consulting, organizational development, HR transformation, executive coaching, or another strategic advisory discipline.
  • Naturally connect leadership conversations to business outcomes and enjoy helping executives think differently about their organizations.
  • Exceptional communicator and facilitator who can confidently guide conversations with executive teams while building strong partnerships across functions.
  • Enjoy growing long-term client relationships by creating value, not by following a sales playbook.
  • Energized by ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to help build a function, shape a company, and continuously improve how work gets done.
  • Embrace AI as a thought partner and productivity multiplier and are curious about how emerging technologies can create better outcomes for clients and for ThinkHuman.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, and executive sponsors, becoming a strategic advisor throughout their leadership development journey.
  • Translate complex business and talent challenges into leadership solutions that create meaningful organizational outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise client engagements from onboarding through renewal while partnering across delivery, facilitation, content, strategy, and operations.
  • Facilitate executive conversations, strategic working sessions, and business reviews that strengthen alignment, deepen trust, and uncover new opportunities to create value.
  • Experiment with new approaches to executive partnership, AI-enabled client insights, value demonstration, executive advisory, and relationship growth.
  • Identify patterns across clients and turn those insights into better systems, stronger programs, improved products, and more effective ways of partnering.
  • Collaborate across ThinkHuman to continuously improve how we serve clients, scale our impact, and build the future of our enterprise partnership model.
  • Deepen and expand the partnership through advisory-led influence and consultative selling.
  • Continue learning by staying curious about leadership, organizations, business strategy, AI, and what helps organizations thrive.
