The Client Success Manager is responsible for the overall management, servicing, and profitability of assigned client accounts and for meeting established objectives for their portfolio of clients. The Client Service Manager is responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, and communicating activities of the client to invested parties. This role functions as an account executive and as the primary liaison between their assigned clients and nimble Solutions, and is responsible for coaching and developing team members in delivering quality client service.
