About The Position

Vivvi partners with leading employers to deliver modern family care benefits, including backup care, onsite and near-site child care, and other workforce support solutions. Our clients range from high-growth companies to Fortune 500 employers who rely on Vivvi to help attract, retain, and support working families. As our employer business continues to grow, Client Success plays a critical role in helping clients maximize the value of their investment. Our team partners with HR, Benefits, and People leaders to successfully implement programs, drive employee engagement, deliver measurable business outcomes, and support long-term strategic partnerships. Vivvi is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise employer accounts. This individual will serve as the primary relationship owner, partnering closely with CHROs, Benefits, HR, and People leaders to drive successful implementations, maximize employee engagement, deliver strategic business reviews, and support long-term renewal and growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building executive relationships, translating data into actionable insights, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their partnership with Vivvi.

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise-level partnerships, including presenting to HR, Benefits, or People leaders, particularly in the employee benefits space
  • Deeply client service-oriented professional who brings a culture of exceptional service, and ownership to everything they do
  • Proven track record building trusted client relationships and delivering consistently high-quality experiences across multiple touchpoints
  • Strong data fluency and analytical mindset, with the ability to work comfortably with data sets, reports, and dashboards to identify trends, assess performance, and support client decision-making
  • Experience managing contract renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales to grow strategic accounts
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for clean, consistent design
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator who can confidently lead executive meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions with HR, Benefits, and C-suite leaders
  • Able to work from our Tribeca, New York office 3 days per week
  • Able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel, for client meetings, employer benefit fairs, and other client-facing events.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Salesforce, and HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts across the full lifecycle, including implementation, launch, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for HR, People, and Benefits leaders, building trusted partnerships that drive client retention, employee engagement, and long-term account growth
  • Analyze utilization, engagement, and program performance data to deliver executive business reviews and provide strategic recommendations that help clients maximize the value of their Vivvi benefits
  • Lead executive business reviews, presenting program performance, utilization trends, ROI, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive client retention, expansion, and long-term account growth
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to advocate for client needs and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Own client-facing communications, presentations, and materials across the client lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Coordinate webinar, virtual and in-person event setup and follow-up
  • Stay informed on employer benefits trends and competitive offerings to proactively advise clients on best practices and emerging opportunities.
