About The Position

RevSolz Corp. is seeking a Client Success Engineer/Specialist in Houston. This role is for a people-oriented professional passionate about fostering strong client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for business accounts, responsible for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients. You will also manage relationships with existing clients, address issues, and answer questions. The ideal candidate has experience in account management, a proven track record of developing new business, and strong cross-functional skills to collaborate with customer service and product development teams. Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM software preferred
  • Some travel is required for this role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in discovery calls with prospects to understand operational pain points.
  • Identify opportunities for pilots, field trials, and upsells.
  • Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business, along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
  • Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
