About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a Client Success Consultant to educate and support individuals and families reviewing insurance protection options. The consultant meets with clients virtually, identifies their priorities, and explains life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage. The role is fully remote and offers warm leads, structured training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build a performance-based career. It is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities; required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing costs are the candidate’s responsibility.
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort using online systems and virtual platforms.
- Dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through company-provided warm leads.
- Schedule virtual client appointments.
- Conduct needs-based coverage discussions.
- Educate clients about insurance products and available benefits.
- Answer questions and provide professional guidance.
- Follow up with clients to maintain a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and client documentation.
- Attend training, coaching, and team meetings.
