About The Position

Homecare Homebase is searching for a Client Success Business Manager who will perform quarterly business reviews for its home health and hospice clients, thereby highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas of opportunity. Knowledge is power, and through effective management of our analytics platform, our customers will become more efficient users of the software solution. At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Client Success Business Manager, you will play an essential role in identifying opportunities for improvement through careful monitoring of KPIs; you will understand the client’s needs, goals, and strategy and engage resources to translate those business needs into practical applications and solutions to ensure the customer’s return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards
  • Performing quarterly business reviews with assigned customers
  • Monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Understanding the customer’s needs, goals, and strategies and translating those needs into initiatives and solutions
  • Creating documentation for our knowledge base
