About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Entry-Level Managing Agents to help veterans, labor union members, credit union members, associations, and their families understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing support to build a successful long-term career. As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will build relationships, educate members, and provide outstanding customer service while developing valuable leadership and sales skills.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be physically located within the United States.
Have a computer or laptop.
Have reliable high-speed internet.
Have a webcam and microphone.
Have a quiet, professional workspace.
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, recruiting, call centers, insurance, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about helping others.
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Coachable and eager to learn.
Proficient with computers, Zoom, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
Evaluate clients' needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Guide members through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and policy support.
Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance standards.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
