About The Position
AO Globe Life is expanding and seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals for a rewarding long-term career helping protect working families across North America. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity. The company provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and support for success in a fully remote environment. The role involves meeting with clients, educating them on benefit programs, helping them choose solutions, building client relationships, and participating in ongoing training. No prior insurance experience is required, as the company values integrity, coachability, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based computer with webcam
- Professional workspace suitable for virtual meetings
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (licensing guidance provided)
- At least 18 years of age
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Self-motivated
