DebtBlue is growing, and we're looking for Client Success Associates that know how to build relationships, communicate with confidence, solve problems, and make customers feel like they're genuinely taken care of. Requirements
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Has the ability to listen, understand a problem, and provide a solution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Debt settlement experience not required - we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Communicate a thorough understanding of company products and consumer debt relief options with a consultative tone.
- Handle a high-volume of client interactions while maintaining professionalism and urgency.
- Professionally handle incoming client requests, collaborating with Senior Client Success Representatives and Supervisors as needed to resolve client issues immediately.
- Utilize the CRM system to assign, complete, and notate tasks with accurate and complete information.
- Have an empathetic and client-first mindset in all interactions.
