Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Duolingo products, services, and support resources to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Handle a high volume of client and user interactions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive approach.
- Respond professionally to incoming requests and collaborate with appropriate internal teams to help resolve questions and concerns.
- Utilize customer relationship management and internal support systems to assign, complete, document, and track requests accurately.
- Maintain an empathetic, solutions oriented, and user first approach in all interactions.
- Identify recurring questions or concerns and communicate relevant feedback to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records while following established procedures for privacy, confidentiality, and information handling.
- Work effectively and independently in a remote environment while meeting established service and performance expectations.
