About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Specialist for the MMA National Client Center. This role partners with Sales and Remarketing teams to ensure quality service delivery. The Client Specialist will maintain knowledge of coverages, manage client expectations (internal and external), and build rapport with clients and underwriters. The position involves developing and growing existing accounts and working collaboratively within the production team to benefit clients. Key aspects include maintaining open communication and timely follow-up. The office is located in Greensboro, with an initial 12-month onsite requirement followed by a hybrid option.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset
Strong team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products
Position requires Property & Casualty Insurance License. MMA will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Colleagues will be given two attempts to pass the exam.
