As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include business development and placement activities. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing services for contract talent solutions, leveraging your background in graphic design, marketing, advertising, and corporate communications. This involves marketing via video, telephone, and in-person/virtual meetings with C-level executives. You will also participate in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s presence. Placement activities include selecting well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintaining ongoing contact with clients and contract professionals to ensure exceptional customer service. You will also resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
