As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include business development and placement activities. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing Robert Half's services for contract talent solutions, leveraging your background in Marketing & Creative and/or recruiting. This involves reaching out to Marketing & Creative professionals via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with key decision-makers. You will also participate in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the business community. In terms of placement, you will select well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and professionals on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for resolving customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet or exceed weekly business development goals.
