As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include business development and placement activities. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing services for contract talent solutions, using your proven Marketing & Creative and/or recruiting background. This involves marketing to Marketing & Creative professionals via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with key decision makers. You will also participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community. For placement activities, you will select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
