As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include business development and placement activities. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions, leveraging your technology and/or recruiting background. This involves marketing to technology companies via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with key decision-makers. You will also participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community. For placement activities, you will select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service. You will also resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
