About The Position

The Client Solutions Manager serves as a connective force across the full partnership lifecycle — from pre-sale pitch and sales materials development and prospecting support through post-sale campaign execution and ad operations. This person is embedded in both the business development and the partnerships delivery workflows, ensuring a seamless experience for partners from first conversation to final delivery. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role suited to a highly organized, collaborative team member who thrives in fast-moving environments, communicates proactively, and takes ownership of both strategic and operational work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, media operations, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in external-facing partner interactions
  • Proficiency with productivity and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Comfort with data and reporting; ability to compile and communicate campaign metrics clearly

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms, campaign trafficking, or digital media operations
  • Experience supporting a sales or BD team with pitch materials, proposals, or CRM management
  • Exposure to media, publishing, or content-driven business models

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partnerships team in developing pitch materials, proposals, and media kits for prospective partners
  • Conduct prospect research and help build outreach pipelines, identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Assist in preparing decks, one-pagers, and custom partner proposals for meetings and RFP responses
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client and prospect meetings, calls, and presentations
  • Maintain and track deal pipeline activity with accuracy and timeliness
  • Synthesize research and competitive intelligence to inform partnership strategy
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partner campaigns from signed agreement through delivery
  • Manage end-to-end ad operations including trafficking, scheduling, and QA of partner deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, product, and finance teams to ensure on-time execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile post-campaign reporting and wrap reports
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and proactively communicate status updates to partners and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, timelines, contracts, and deliverables
  • Bridge communication between sales, marketing, event planning and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and reduce friction
  • Serve as a process champion, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to partnership workflows
  • Support team leads on special projects, strategic initiatives, and partner development efforts
