About The Position

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is for individuals who have spent the last few years inside the creator economy watching brands realize how central creators have become to their strategy, and where that knowledge pays off. The role involves owning a portfolio of brand accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities. Everyone at Kyra is client-facing, but this role is distinguished by accountability for the client relationship, commercial outcomes, and the client's perception of the partnership. While senior team members provide support for complex accounts, the day-to-day management of the assigned portfolio rests with the individual. This includes understanding account health, serving as the primary client contact, translating campaign results into actionable narratives, proactively identifying and addressing issues with a plan, and recognizing opportunities for account expansion.
