About The Position

As a Client Solutions Director, your responsibilities will include: Develop, grow and nurture client relationships: Marketing our services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services while providing an outstanding customer experience. Identify and discuss future project initiatives with clients, ensure clients' expectations are met and match contractors' skill sets with client engagement requirements, presenting highly skilled contractors to the client. Also participate in professional industry associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community.

Requirements

  • A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong relationship development and persuasive skills-at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Nice To Haves

  • CPA and/or MBA a plus
  • Public/industry accounting/finance or professional services experience a plus
  • knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system a plus
