About The Position

We are looking for a Client Solutions Associate to join our team in Halifax! The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to the Atlantic team of Client Solutions Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.

Requirements

  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Extremely well organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well with team and others

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain client files
  • Process endorsements mid-term changes to policy
  • Request and/or process new business and renewals
  • Request all Invoicing, binders and cover letters
  • Prepare certificates of insurance
  • Prepare and maintain premium financing contracts
  • Prepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required
  • Handle accounting activities for team
  • Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracy
