About The Position

As a Client Solutions Architect - Senior Associate in Trade & Working Capital within the Product Solutions Delivery (PSD) team, you will contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. You will draw on client feedback and support the channeling, modification, and adaptation of large-scale solutions. Trade & Working Capital (T&WC) is a division of J.P. Morgan Payments, connecting counterparties with market-leading Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Contract Finance, Working Capital Lending, Export Agency Finance, and Traditional Trade solutions. Our institutional strength, practical expertise, comprehensive technology, and financial partner network enable us to deliver global solutions, leveraging one of the world's largest Trade Finance investor networks to scale funding and support this growing asset class on a global basis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products.
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications.
• Proven leadership skills and an ability to work in a global team environment, across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Ability to multitask within the broader scope of the PSD team, managing work flow and capacity across the team to ensure timely execution of new deals, as time to revenue is a key performance indicator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across the organization at any level, as well as with clients as and when required.
• Proficiency in customized data analytics, advanced working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications.

Responsibilities

• Engages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries.
• Acts as key for MLA and insurance registrations and certification management for Sales and Working Capital and Core Trade distribution.
• Manages setup, implementation, and post close management of transactions related to distribution and participation.
• Leads seamless collaboration with the Distribution team in support of growth of revenue targets.
• Engages on successful implementation, post-close administration, and risk participation of the Trade and Working Capital products.
• Manage the overall implementation process ensuring the team adhere to SOP requirements when managing the booking system set-up and post close administration of the facilities.
• Ensure adherence to all transactional control conditions established to minimize operational risk and to be able to identify areas where such risks may develop where transactional controls may need to be developed or adjusted as business needs require.
