The Client Solutions Advisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding client revenue retention targets by proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with Rev.io's existing client base. This role sits at the intersection of account management, solution consulting, and expansion sales — driving add-on module growth, supporting the renewal process, and ensuring clients are positioned for long-term success within the Rev.io product portfolio. The Client Solutions Advisor serves as the primary cross-functional advocate for clients across Rev.io's internal teams, upholding the integrity of Rev.io's mission to help clients grow revenue efficiently and embodying the company's ACT TOP values in every client interaction.
