About The Position

Client Servicing Analysts provide operational support and build relationships with Clearwater’s global clients. They address inquiries related to investment and accounting matters and connect clients with internal teams, aiming to provide prompt, accurate, and comprehensive responses and efficiently resolve client issues.

Requirements

• Good understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed-income and equity investments.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a financial- or business-related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Finance and/or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and requests on investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Work directly with clients to build relationships and enhance their experience as Clearwater users.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Navigate knowledge bases and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively resolve client queries and problems.
• Manage workflow according to productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing important or critical work.
• Participate in team- and client-related long-term projects, which may involve collaboration with other internal teams.
• Assist in training and coaching more junior team members.
