About The Position

Client Servicing Analysts provide operational support and build strong relationships with Clearwater’s global clients. They respond to inquiries about investment and accounting matters, serving as a link between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on providing prompt, accurate, and comprehensive answers, resolving a substantial volume of issues efficiently, and helping clients become advocates of Clearwater.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a financial- or business-related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed-income and equity investments.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Finance and/or accounting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks, including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Work directly with clients to build relationships and improve their experience as Clearwater users.
• Validate investment data against available third-party market data and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Use knowledge bases, documentation, internal tools, and other resources to proactively resolve client queries and problems.
• Manage workflow against productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing high-importance and critical work.
• Participate in long-term team and client projects, which may involve collaboration with other internal teams.
• Assist with training and coaching more junior team members.
