About The Position

Client Servicing Analysts provide operational support to Clearwater’s global clients and build strong client relationships. They address inquiries about investment and accounting matters, acting as a link between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on delivering prompt, accurate, and comprehensive responses, resolving client issues efficiently, and helping clients become advocates of Clearwater.

Candidates should have graduated in 2026. A bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a financial- or business-related field is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a financial- or business-related field.
• Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and other accounting concepts.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Finance and/or accounting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks, including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, and reconciliation validation.
• Work directly with clients to build valuable relationships and improve their experience as Clearwater users.
• Validate investment data against available third-party market data sources and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Navigate knowledge bases and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively resolve client queries and problems.
• Manage workflow according to productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing important or critical work.
• Take on long-term team- and client-related projects, which may involve collaboration with other internal teams.
