We are seeking a motivated, engaging, and learner-focused Client Services Training Specialist to join the dynamic team at Arhaus. In this role, you will help shape the success of our Client Services team by delivering impactful training programs, creating engaging learning content, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The ideal candidate is an energetic facilitator with experience in content creation and adult learning theory who is passionate about helping others grow. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are committed to equipping team members with the confidence, product knowledge, and service skills needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience facilitating and developing content.
  • Associate, bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiar with learning authoring tools such as: Articulate, Camtasia and Captivate.
  • Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent listening skills and patience when assisting others.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of retail industry’s best practices and client service standards is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training session.
  • Deliver content using adult learning principles.
  • Develop, maintain, and curate training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts.
  • Monitor and measure classroom performance.
  • Assess learning effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to training programs.
  • Conduct Client Services new hire onboarding program.
  • Coach and mentor new and existing employees through continuing education.
