Product Solutions, part of Precision AQ, accelerates value realization by enabling data science, leveraging analytics, and innovating with technology to transform the way you connect with customers. This role is a hybrid position requiring one day a week in the office in the Indianapolis area. The Client Services Support Analyst will be a member of the Client Services team in the development and deployment of Access Genius, a market access pull-through solution for biopharmaceutical clients. The products include interactive platforms and tools to optimize their sales and marketing strategies. In this role, you will build expertise in business requirements, testing, project management, software development life cycle processes, organization, attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, and biopharmaceutical commercialization.
