About The Position

The Client Services Supervisor for the Stadiums and Arenas division at AXS will provide front-line, top-notch service and support for our clients at box offices nationwide. This role acts as a relationship manager and tech support; advises, assists, and advocates for ticketing venue partners and provides support for all products and services.

Requirements

High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
4-6 years Working in live event ticketing and event programming experience
Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to balance day-to-day and multitask across multiple clients.
Committed to collaboration and teamwork.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to lead mentor, and coach a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
Facilitate the sharing of best practices, offering advice on event and promotion configuration.
Work as a partner with Ticketing Services Managers by developing relationships and a deep understanding of each venue and its unique challenges.
Act as an expert on all products/services, remaining current with all new releases.
Respond to support and services requests from client/venue.
Troubleshoot and resolve or escalates technical support issues.
Tracks and reports all client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Assist in monitoring incoming support request and assign associated tasks to members of the staff and provide assistance to Junior Client Services staff.
