We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Client Services | Studio Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our client’s front-of-house experience. This role is about more than answering phones and booking classes, it’s about building community. When clients walk through the doors, you’re the first face they see. Your smile sets the tone. Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience
  • A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry
  • Professionalism, dependability, and composure under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitor warmly and professionally
  • Learn names, build relationships, and foster a sense of community
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Handle questions, requests, and transactions with calm confidence
  • Convert first-time visitors into New Client Specials or Monthly Memberships
  • Open and close the studio
  • Manage class bookings, changes, and cancellations in the studio systems
  • Work across multiple database and CRM platforms
  • Maintain accurate data entry and client records
  • Keep the Studio organized and tidy
  • Clean change rooms and restock supplies
  • Take pride in maintaining a polished, welcoming environment
