Peerless Pump Company is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between their Made-to-Order pump customers and the factory. This role involves strategically coordinating projects, developing delivery schedules, and driving proactive account management for key clients. Requirements

  • Proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in a manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on matters that impact business operations
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion on significant business matters
  • Authorization to work in the USA without support

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Background in manufacturing, pump, or engineered-to-order industries
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills with minimal supervision required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account management fulfillment plans, aligning strategic priorities with Sales and key clients
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer quotes, orders, project timelines, and technical documentation across assigned accounts
  • Develop delivery schedules that balance customer requirements with operational capacity and business objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Warranty teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and escalated issues
  • Exercise independent judgment to initiate corrective actions, coordinate logistics, authorize RMAs, and recommend process improvements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for improved service and project success
