You'll play a critical role in helping injured individuals navigate the post-settlement process while working alongside a supportive team that values growth, collaboration, and professional development.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, legal support, hospitality, insurance, education, banking, administrative support, or case management is highly valued.
- Friendly and professional communicators

Responsibilities
- Managing inbound client communications via phone and email
- Opening and organizing new case files
- Preparing and tracking intake documentation
- Coordinating communication between clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
- Supporting administrative and reporting functions
- Providing exceptional service and follow-through
