Our Client Services Specialists are not a call center; these teammates are highly trained and are the first point of contact for our global clientele. This is not the typical Client Services role. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and customers—managing emails, calls, on-site visits, and troubleshooting support for the company's digital assets while projecting a positive, professional attitude
  • Execute administrative and coordination duties for the training team, including auditing class documents, producing accurate certifications, preparing correspondence and reports, and managing trainer schedules and travel itineraries
  • Respond swiftly to inbound sales opportunities and manage online orders, delivering accurate, exceptional service with prompt follow-up to close out every customer experience
  • Develop Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures through ongoing product and procedural training
  • Build trust, respect, and cooperation among stakeholders by providing customer feedback to internal teams and supporting day-to-day needs of the team, clients, and the business as they arise
