About The Position

DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions that help simplify complex marketing communications and operations workflow. DCM serves over 2,500 clients including 70 of the 100 largest Canadian corporations and leading government agencies. Our core strength lies in delivering individualized services to our clients that simplify their communications, including customized printing, highly personalized marketing communications, campaign management, digital signage, and digital asset management. From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best. As a Client Services Specialist, you will own the end-to-end print production process and serve as the go-to partner for our valued clients. This is an onsite role working Monday to Friday in our Burlington site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Graphic Communications Management or related field, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in a commercial print environment (litho, digital, prepress and on-press quality control)
  • Previous experience working in an account management, project manager, or customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and can manage projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Process-driven problem solver with clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal), strong negotiation ability, sharp attention to detail, and a talent for turning ambiguity into action
  • Skilled at building collaboration across all levels, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Analytical and decisive, with sound judgment, initiative, and a track record of delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients in managing print projects from start to finish, providing clear, proactive communication at every stage
  • Oversee execution details by reviewing instructions, letter copy, and print proofs, and coordinating seamless data file transfers.
  • Collaborate with production team to complete work back schedules and follow up to ensure all details and paperwork are accurate for invoicing
  • Drive quality excellence by establishing control standards and checkpoints to ensure all deliverables meet precise customer specifications
