About The Position

Act as a liaison between clients, Litigation Operations, and Attorneys. Monitor and complete client-site messages and tasks. Manage loan-related processes in client systems to meet required standards and timelines.

  • Prior knowledge of foreclosure processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and Adobe PDF.
  • Proficiency in client sites, including, but not limited to, Tempo, BKFS/ICE, ADR, Clairfire, and Vendorscape.
  • Associate Degree or the equivalent in professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Use reports and system workflows to identify and escalate issues.
  • Update cases timely in internal and client systems throughout foreclosure and litigation stages.
  • Manage document processes, including monitoring, re-projecting, and completion.
  • Communicate with clients, staff, and internal departments; respond to inquiries and system messages professionally.
  • Upload/download documents, maintain accurate notes, and complete all required client system tasks.
  • Monitor loan portfolios, scorecards, and monthly reporting; attend client performance calls.
  • Keep managers and team leads informed of issues or concerns.
