About The Position
Plumas Bank seeks a full-time Roaming Client Services Specialist to work in our Sierra Region - Quincy, Portola, Susanville, Reno and the Lake Branches. Travel will be required to other bank locations. Home base location to be determined within the travel area listed with 40 hours guaranteed. May require an overnight stay depending on staffing at other locations. Successful candidate will possess excellent strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Two years prior teller/banking and/or cash handling experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Dependability.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook required.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide client services at various bank locations within the Sierra Region.
- Travel to other bank locations as required.
- Maintain a home base location within the travel area.
- Potentially stay overnight at other locations depending on staffing needs.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
