About The Position

The Client Services Specialist I serves as the primary point of contact for the majority of company departments, solving customer interactions and delivering exceptional service via inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails. This role involves effectively triaging support tickets and coordinating with technical departments to deliver customer solutions within SLA timelines. Specialists are responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of company policy and workflows, proficiently navigating ticketing systems, and following up on previous service provided when needed.

Requirements

  • AA or AS in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or technical support
  • Experience in software industry preferred
  • Familiar with using Google Office, CRM systems, and other ticketing systems (Zendesk)
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to show empathy and compassion to customer requests/issues
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to think quickly and find effective solutions to customer complaints or complex service issues
  • Quick learner with the ability to utilize resources and navigate through documents
  • Self starter and able to maintain strong self motivation

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service in a fast paced, high volume setting
  • Answering customer interactions via phone, while actively listening to customer issues and developing effective solutions that address their specific needs
  • Serving as a trusted point of contact, focusing on consistency and empathetic communication to grow lasting professional relationships with customers
  • Triaging incoming emails/tickets to the appropriate teams or agent
  • Monitoring incoming support channels to ensure all customer inquiries receive a fast, helpful response within our target timelines
  • Providing regular follow ups with internal teams and customers to drive timely resolutions and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating internally with multiple divisions as needed
