About The Position

This Client Service Senior Associate role is in the US Asset Owners division. The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for multiple client relationships, manage client activities, and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients and internal service partners, while monitoring and overseeing the performance of business unit shared service teams and global Centers of Excellence (COEs) in relation to overall service delivery.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
Keep management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
