About The Position

This is a Client Service Senior Associate role in the US Asset Owners division. The role serves as the point of contact for multiple client relationships, manages client activities, and resolves client inquiries in a timely manner. The Senior Associate builds and maintains strong relationships with external clients and internal service partners, and monitors and oversees the performance of business unit shared service teams and global COEs in relation to overall service delivery.

Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day relationship lead for multiple clients.
Ensure client inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Liaise with COEs, Shared Service teams, and other business units to resolve service and operational issues.
Facilitate communication across service partners and clients.
Work with shared services, outsource partners, and business units to ensure SLA compliance.
Participate in projects, governance, oversight activities, committees, and KPI reviews.
Keep management informed of service issues and business opportunities.
Compile client documentation, organize meetings, and prepare presentation materials.
Act as liaison between clients and internal departments for successful implementations.
